* macintal.pkg is the Apple TextToSpeech codec
* speaktex.pkg adds a Routing option to Notes to speak the contents of notes. by Apple.
* TALKTOME.PKG does the same as speaktext, but was written by Tactile.  It's not known if they are functionally different.
