nConverter .3=============Yet Another Newton hack from Bill Kearney.©1994 William Kearney & The Novanto GroupThis is an extra panel for the Formulas appTired of not having more than just Metric conversions? How about Speed, Weights, Energy, Salaries, Lengths and more? You need nConverter!nConverter provides two conversion fields. Each field has a pop-up menu of conversiom units. Select the desired conversion units and then enter a value in one of the fields. nConverter will take the value from your entered field and convert it to the equivalent number of units in the other field. You can enter your value in either field, nConverter will calculate the conversion into the other field. In addition to selecting the To/From conversion units, you can also select an entirely different set of conversion methods. The Calculator button will take any selected text and type it into the Newton's calculator for you. You must select something first and it won't retype exponential numbers just yet.I'll write a better read me as time allows. Meanwhile, just give it a try.Disclaimer==========This product is currently in beta test. It's not known to have any bugs or defects that would impair the use of your Newton. I've been a rather vocal critic of user support for shareware. I certainly don't envision making a mint off of these products, but it's nice to see folks put their dollars behind my efforts. If you like products like nConverter and want to see others of it's kind, you need to support the authors who create them. So, please, send your fees today! If not to me, at least to another author for their product! This was a quick hack for my own personal use. I've released it to the ShareWare system. I retain all rights to it. If you'd like to distribute it, you must get my e-mail permission first. If you've got critcisms or suggestions about any of my products, I welcome feedback. Bugs reports are also appreciated. I promise not to harass you too much! Thanks for your time and enjoy using nConverter!PS: Need a Newton project developed? Got a few bucks to spend? Let me know, I'm available.
